Medical Director is a long-established Australian clinical software platform under Magentus, used across general practice, specialist, and corporate clinic settings. Trucell deploys and supports Medical Director on premises and in hosted patterns: server sizing and SQL hardening, PracSoft and third-party billing alignment, secure messaging, MyHR and electronic prescribing, identity, backup, and managed service desk that knows the clinical workflow rather than treating it as generic line-of-business software. Migration from legacy versions and to or from competing packages is a regular workstream.
