Organisation
Trucell Pty Ltd delivers managed IT, security, cloud, communications, and related technology services to organisations in Australia and other regions. We procure hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and subcontracted labour through distributors, vendors, and partners.
Risks
Modern slavery risks can arise in extended electronics supply chains, contingent labour, and offshore service delivery. We assess that risk is present at an industry level and treat supplier diligence and contract terms as primary controls.

- Vendor and procurement practices that reference acceptable conduct and compliance expectations.
- Contractual terms with key suppliers where appropriate (including remedies for serious breaches).
- Training for relevant staff on recognising and escalating modern slavery concerns.
