Neologica DICOMJet expansion for Crystal Radiology Group
Centralised DICOMJet paper printing via Ripple Networks and Trucell’s data centre—supporting Crystal Radiology Group across many sites, with a successful Lakemba deployment alongside Crowd IT.
Trucell expanded the DICOMJet paper printing solution for Crystal Radiology Group, aiming for stronger operational efficiency across a multi-site footprint. The design centralises printing through Ripple Networks and hosts the capability in Trucell’s data centre, so sites share a consistent, managed service instead of siloed print paths.

Integration with DICOMJet
Lakemba Radiology connects into DICOMJet for high-speed, automated DICOM printing with a setup oriented around predictable uploads and print workflows—without unnecessary data-transfer friction on routine imaging traffic.
Deployment
Rollout faced normal multi-site logistics: sequencing work, coordinating stakeholders, and limiting disruption to clinical operations. Trucell worked with Crowd IT to deliver integration at Lakemba Radiology with disciplined planning and cutover discipline. The outcome was stable DICOMJet printing services and smoother day-to-day workflows for staff.
Why this matters
Centralised, cloud-aligned imaging peripherals scale more cleanly as volumes grow. Automation and consistent infrastructure also create room for later enhancements—whether that is expanded printing footprint or adjacent capabilities in imaging and reporting over time.
