Where endpoints and servers are under NinjaOne management, we use NinjaOne Backup as the data-protection lane tied to that same operational view. It does not replace every backup in the estate, your wider backup design may still rely on Veeam, Datto, NetApp data paths, and cloud-to-cloud patterns we document on backup and recovery.

- Not every workload’s last good copy lives only in NinjaOne Backup, backup and recovery may include Veeam VCSP, Datto, Microsoft 365 protection, NetApp , or other tiers depending on what you contracted.
- Optional capabilities bundled with RMM platforms vary by vendor; what Trucell enables for your account follows your agreement and onboarding, not every module is in scope by default.
- If a device is out of NinjaOne management, it is out of NinjaOne Backup scope until we onboard it, coverage follows the inventory and policies we agree.
