• • Working with Kestral to design and procure the server, storage, and workstation layer your Karisma estate runs on, capacity and IOPS you can stand behind in an RFP or board paper.
• • Migrations from various Windows Server and client generations, staged so imaging and RIS access stay usable through change windows and testing.
• • Design, implementation, and review of high-availability patterns for the Karisma application stack: clear failure modes, cutover, and who owns the runbook after go-live.
• • Server-to-server and host migrations with documented back-out, smoke tests, and handover to your or our PACS and RIS support line as needed.
• • Provisioning sites, business lines, and application support within Karisma as your org grows or restructures, aligned to naming, security, and operational control.
• • Integration and end-to-end testing with PACS and related imaging software so DICOM, worklists, and reporting stay coherent under load and after upgrades.
• • BRS (Business Rules Service) report generation: scope, validation, and operational handover so reporting matches clinical and business expectations.
• • Backup and mirroring design for the Karisma data and application path, including replication topology and how it lines up with wider backup and recovery governance.
