LSPN Workspace terms

The deal, in one paragraph

Trucell Pty Ltd (ABN 93 113 471 873) provides the workspace free of charge. In exchange, everything entered into a workspace is shared with Trucell and used by our sales and marketing team. That is not a footnote; it is the price. If that trade does not suit your group, do not use the workspace. The public map does not require an account and shares far less.

Who can use it

Workspaces are for Australian diagnostic imaging providers and their staff: the people who operate practices on the LSPN register, and the teams who manage their GP referral relationships. You must use a work email, be authorised to act for your group, and be at least 18.

What is shared with Trucell

All workspace content, including:

• Your workspace name, its members (names, emails, roles), and practice claims.
• Territories, and which staff are assigned to them.
• Records your team keeps about GP clinics: relationship stages, facts, and clinic contacts.
• Notes, meetings, and tasks, including their content, in full.

Trucell uses this to understand the diagnostic imaging market and to offer its services, including IT and managed services, to radiology groups and to the clinics and practices that appear in workspace records. Where you enter personal information about another person (for example a practice manager's contact details), you must have a lawful basis to share it with us. Our privacy policy covers how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we do not do

• We do not show one workspace's content to another workspace. Sharing runs to Trucell, not between tenants.
• We do not sell workspace data to third parties.
• We do not send email to your clinic contacts on your behalf.

Claims are reviewed

Claiming a practice asserts that your group operates it. Claims are reviewed by a person before approval, and we may decline or reverse a claim if the register, the practice, or another claimant contradicts it. Register data itself comes from the public Services Australia LSPN register; we are not affiliated with Services Australia.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in links to yourself; anyone with the link can act as you until it expires.
• Only invite people who work with your group, and remove them when they leave.
• Do not enter health information about patients. The workspace is for business relationships, not clinical records.

Plans and limits

The free plan carries limits (seats, territories, exports). We may introduce paid plans; nothing moves you onto a paid plan without your agreement, and the free plan's deal (free in exchange for sharing) does not change retroactively.

Ending things

You can stop using the workspace at any time, and an owner can ask us to close a workspace via contact. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the tool, misrepresent ownership, or breach these terms. Content already shared with Trucell before closure remains subject to the privacy policy.

The usual limits

The workspace is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law Trucell is not liable for loss arising from its use. Register data may be wrong or stale; verify before acting on it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the workspace.
