HP All-in-One upgrade in Leichhardt
Memory upgrades to 16GB on two HP All-in-One systems improved speed and multitasking for a Leichhardt radiology practice—without a full hardware replacement.
Trucell looks for practical ways to help clients get more from their technology: stronger day-to-day performance, longer usable life from existing equipment, and clear value.
We recently supported a radiology practice in Leichhardt with an upgrade path for their HP All-in-One PCs.

The challenge
The team was seeing slow performance from their current All-in-One setup. Running several applications at once was getting harder and cutting into productivity. They wanted better performance without immediately replacing the whole machines.
Our recommendations
After reviewing the environment, we recommended increasing system memory. Doubling RAM would improve multitasking, keep more applications responsive, and extend the useful life of the devices—typically a strong return compared with replacing hardware outright.
The solution
We upgraded two HP All-in-One systems, bringing each to 16GB memory. The aim was a clear lift in responsiveness and capacity for concurrent workloads, without a full replacement cycle.
Customer satisfaction
The practice reported a noticeable improvement in speed after the work. What began as a single-machine upgrade expanded during the visit: we proposed upgrading the second unit as well, which rounded out workstation performance across the floor and made better use of hardware already on site.
Closing
Targeted upgrades—here, memory on All-in-One PCs—can improve performance, support a longer hardware lifecycle, and preserve budget for other priorities.
If your current desktops or All-in-One systems feel slow under real workloads, we can assess cost-effective options with you.
